During the day we do many things and habits that would harm the health of hair, but following the following tips would help us in further caring for hair .

1- Silicon gives volume to fine hair

Thin and vibrant hair embodies a common complaint, but few women know how to tackle this issue.

One way to care for hair is to use products that contain silicone, which cover the hair with a thin layer of matter and create a more complete look, without the oily look.

When using silicone, leave it on the hair even after washing it.

2- Fish and nuts keep healthy hair

The same nutrients that are beneficial to the whole body are also beneficial for healthy and stronger hair growth.
Leafy greens, carrots and beans are also useful in methods of hair care and for building strong hair.

3- Tepid water protects hair shine

Very hot water may strip the scalp of the oils that nourish it and that are used as a natural conditioner and this will lead to the disappearance of the natural sparkle of the hair.

This does not mean that you should endure showering in cold water, but instead, use lukewarm water to wash the hair and be sure to massage the scalp while shampooing.

4- Protein helps treat split ends

So eat salmon and nuts , as they are rich in protein and omega-3, which helps the scalp to health.

If you often use hot styling tools, such as a hair dryer or hair texture (babyliss), you are causing damage to the outer layer that protects the hair and this results in split ends .

On the market there are hairdressing products that help repair this damage.

Look for hair care methods that contain protein, as it helps repair split ends. This process only lasts until the hair is washed next time, so it should be used regularly.

5- Hereditary hair

Hair fullness is the result of heredity and the hair care methods you follow.

People with natural red hair have thicker hair, while blonde has more hair on the head but it is also thicker.

Fortunately, you can increase the volume of hair regardless of your natural hair color.

Use a dry conditioner or mousse to style the hair and dry the hair roots first. Turn your hair down while drying, to create additional volume. If your hair is very thin, use the lowest temperature for a hair dryer or other hot item.

6- Do you suffer from dandruff? Avoid oils

Dandruff is caused by a problem with the scalp.

Massage the scalp with oil may worsen the situation only. The best solution is to use shampoo that contains a dandruff treatment or shampoo that is bought over the counter or with a prescription.

Leave the shampoo for five minutes to ensure it is absorbed into the scalp and must be washed thoroughly.

7- Abandon high-temperature hair dryers

You might expect that a high temperature hair dryer will save you a few minutes of routine care, but a consumer survey examined and found that all hair dryers of all energies dry hair almost as frequently.

8- Reduce the combing of hair

The myth that hair should be combed 100 times a day is incredible.

Excessive combing leads to hair breakage. Certain hair loss is normal, as most people lose between 50-100 hairs a day, those hairs have ended the growth phase and have reached the resting stage.

In order to keep hair falling to a minimum, use a hairbrush at the tip of the fiber that has a small circle that protects the scalp. Never comb wet hair, instead of using a hairbrush, use the comb.

9- Beware of very tight hairstyles

The haircut and braids hairstyle is a great way to show off your personal lifestyle. But if the hairdo is too tight, it can break down the hair and damage the roots.

Permanent narrow hairstyle can also cause hair loss. Spread your hair every night and when you do braids, keep it slightly loose in the scalp area.

10- To cover the gray hair, use a soft color

Hair not only changes color as we get older, as it also weakens and grows more slowly.

This means that the new haircut does not always succeed in getting rid of all damaged hair as it is in our youth. If you use chemicals such as dyes on the hair of older adults, be sure to use soft and weak chemicals to reduce damage.

11- Avoid extreme color changes

Perhaps you are a brunette and have always dreamed of becoming blonde, or blonde concerned with the color of her hair becoming darker.

Be aware that dyeing the hair radically different from its natural color increases the risk of hair damage. Most dermatologists recommend no more than three shades of natural hair color.

12- Protect your hair from sunlight

Hair is not very sensitive to the sun   compared to the skin. Sun exposure may dry hair, especially if it is dyed.

So use a gentle hair spray that contains a sunscreen to protect from the sun, or wear a hat when the sun gets strong.
